Effect of Adding Isolates of Probiotic Bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus 4453 and Bifidobacterium bifidum 5144 on Performance of Common Carp Fingerlings Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus (1758)

Abstract This study was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of isolates probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus 4453 and Bifidobacterium bifidum 5144 on performance common carp fingerlings which had initial body weight attained (44±0.69) g. A total 72 fish were used randomly divided into 4 treatments with 3 replicates (6 per replicate). An experimental diet prepared a crude protein (29.14%) gross energy 396.726 kcal / The probiotics in form bacterial suspensions at dilution 1*10 -6 cfu/ml) added suspension 20% Arabic gum phosphate buffer salt as an enveloping adhesive material for cells increase their stability survival feed pellets. liquid specified amounts diets according following (T0 control treatment, T1 4453, T2 T3 + 5144. Fish assessed after 83 days experiment gain, daily growth rate, relative specific metabolic conversion efficiency, ratio. results statistical analysis showed that all significantly exceeding compared T0 order T1, T3, also its gave best rate Therefore, we conclude dual combination, within conditions this study, highly influential achieving utilization food intake fingerlings.
